Young but with good structure, it is a very versatile wine.
Ideal for daily consumption, but for anything in accompanying difficulty even challenging dishes. Its vitality makes it particularly suited to pasta dishes with meat sauces, with dishes based on vegetables from the Mediterranean cuisine but also in fish recipes seasoned with tomato sauce.
